What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and a receipt of your order.

If you have opted for tracked shipping at checkout you will receive another email from the chosen shipping carrier to confirm the expected delivery date, as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days, please submit a request to our support team.
